Great Tool. Smallest Possible Circle Is 8 Cm. Cicles Ranging From 10 Cm To 32 Cm (with Scale On Tool) But Smaller Is Possible Up To 8 Cm. Simple To Use. Cuts Very Well And Is Safe To Use. Spare Blades In A Compartment Of The Tool. The Blade Can Be Protected When Not In Use. When Cutting Several Circle On One Piece Of Paper You Have To Start From Big To Small.
