I Do Not Know Whether It's Fake Or Not, But On Four Such Transistor Collected An Electronic Load. As A Heat Sink Used A Cooler From The 4th Penthium. Loaded 150 Watts For A Long Work, No Transistor Burned. Contrary To All The Recommendations Between The Transistor And The Radiator Installed A 0,05mm Thick Mica Gasket, Without Any Thermal Paste.
