108 Beads Mala

A mala is a set of beads commonly used by Hindus and Buddhists for keeping count while reciting, chanting
or mentally repeating a mantra or the name or names of a deity. 
They are sacred and beautiful and can be worn as a necklace or wrapped around your wrist multiple times. Malas are made with 108 beads and a guru bead.
They can be made with fewer beads, such as 18, 27, or 54, which would require the user to make several rotations to complete their full meditation.
The number 108 has spiritual significance as it is believed that we have 108 lines of energy in our bodies which converge to form the anahata, or the heart chakra
This mala is made with 6mm Blue Labradorite, Cloud Quartz, and Amazonite beads. 
The guru stone is Amazonite. The 2” tassel is made with silver and black silky thread. It is strung on black nylon thread and hand knotted between each stone.
Blue Labradorite is a stone of transformation and change. Amazonite is a stone of inspiration, creativity and expression.
