ID card making steps:

1. Print images to sheet A and sheet C by any type inkjet printer. Mirror print.
2. Laminate 3 sheets together by a laminator. Sheet B is the core material and should be put in the middle.
3. Cut well printed A4 PVC sheets by manual cutter to smaller sizes for each ID card.
4.Use a PVC die cutter to cut the ID card to standard CR-80 size 86x54mm.
