S1 and S2 modes are applicable to slave flash to create many lighting effects,
you can use the built-in flash or the top external flash as the master flash, and the flash is placed in various directions.
S1 mode is valid for manual flash environment.
When the flash is in S1 mode, it will flash synchronously when the master flash comparable with the effect by the flash trigger.
S2 mode is valid for TTL flash environment.
The flash won't flash synchronously with the first flash but the second flash from the master flash, which is the second flash synchronization.
The flash and camera will trigger synchronously by using a PC sync cord to connect the sync terminals of the camera and the flash together.
It also supports Power Saving Function, External Charging Function,
Over Temperature Protection, and Systematic Over Temperature Protection.
